On the last day of the full moon for October 2009, i surfed all day and hummed songs while waiting for the next set of waves to roll in. Once exhausted, i went home to the studio and mixed down for hours and after a quick press of record.... out came this. Enjoy.

Another one of my classic mix's. Made when I was traveling the country in a RV that I built a entire workstation and dj platform inside. And the platform was turntables believe it or not. Nothin like haulin around 6 crates of 12" vinyl records and a giant 3 row home made crate that held all of my 45's. I made it work though for 5 years and have a ton of memories to prove it. You would have to see the CD cover to understand the title, all of the original CD that I pressed up, have been handed out to the public, so here is your chance to get the mix MP3 style. One Love Delux!!! 55 Boom Shots

About Delux DJFirst off, bless you for giving this page your time. Sorry it has been a while since the last posted Mix. Been doing a lot of traveling and writing and living in a tree house and sometimes my Dj equipment just was not always there, but none of that matters now because Delux is back on it again. Love and Light! Jah, the Far Star inna Sky is I! One Love! Dj Delux has been djing for the last 11 years. Started out djing hip hop, but got tied into dancehall reggae soon after starting. Listening to tracks by Mad cobra, Buju Banton, Jr. Reid, Capleton and many others, Delux soon discovered his passion for Reggae Music. Delux got his start with Minneapolis finest, Brother Jules. Soon after that Brother Jules hooked him up with some people in New York, and Delux made the trip to discover that music was his thing. With a few trips back and forth to NY, and then a chance meeting in a record store, Delux met a guy from Miami, and said I would do great there. A few months later, Delux decide to move to NY, but the day he was leaving, he headed south, not east. Landing in Miami, again with some help from Brother Jules, Delux got the hook up a Club Onyx landing a resident dj gig every Friday Night. Soon the south took him over and transformed him into the ultimate DJ. Mixing hip hop and Dancehall together with influences from Brother Jules, DJ Kahled, and Dj Lumoney, Delux soon took on his form as, the White Boy Who Don Mash It UP! Going back and forth from Miami to Minneapolis Delux was slowly building up a fan base in both towns. Delux decided that he wanted more, and started to get into writing screen plays and commercials. Taking his writing on the road, DJing followed right behind him, and he became a true artist. Getting into a RV, and driving around the US promoting his music, art, and writings, Delux soon became well traveled and opened his mind to many other types of music. Currently, Delux is working on a book of the five years he spent driving around the counrty DJing, and getting into writing a few screenplays for some major Hollywood studios. If you have any questions feel free to ask. One Love to ALL! Thanks for your support! 1$ pay's it forward.
